  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Interstate Water Systems ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Interstate Water Systems ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Interstate Water Systems charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. All orders shipped within the State of Arizona must be taxed. Most orders shipped outside the State of Arizona are exempt from sales tax.

  • Customer must notify Interstate Water Systems Customer Service of any damaged Products within five (5) days of receipt.
    All returns must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before they will be accepted for credit or exchange.

    Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
